How do I book a cleaning service? 

Simply complete our online booking form and we'll contact you to confirm your requirements and provide a quote.


Do you offer one-off and recurring cleaning services?

Yes. We offer one-off, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cleaning services to suit your needs.

 

Do I need to be at the property during the clean?

No. As long as access arrangements have been agreed in advance, you do not need to be present during the cleaning appointment.

Do I need to provide vacuum cleaner?

Yes. To help maintain hygiene standards and reduce cross-contamination between properties, clients are required to provide a working vacuum cleaner.

Do cleaners provide cleaning products and equipments?

Yes. Cleaning products and basic equipments can be provided upon request. Additional charges may apply.

Are you insured?

 Yes. We maintain approperiate business insurance and require all are self-employed cleaners within our network to hold their own valid insurance. 

What is you Free Re-Clean Guarantee?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your clean, please notify us within 48 hours of your clean, we'll return free of charge to put it right. Just send us a picture on WhatsApp and we'll arrange the re-visit. 

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes. We understand plans can change. Please provide as much notices as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation terms may apply.

How do I pay for my cleaning services?

We accept approved payment methods including bank transfer. Payment details will be provided when your booking is confirmed,
